Due to COVID-19, we can no longer do our in-person donor drives so we need volunteers to sign up to get one of our at-home kits. Ways to Help: Step 1- Go to www.Giftoflife.org Step 2- Answer the health and contact information questionnaire Step 3- Share with ALL your friends that you just ordered a kit online to be delivered at home Step 4- Look for your swab kit to arrive in your mailbox. Each kit contains four swabs, one for each quadrant of your mouth. · Brush each swab against the inside of your cheek in a circular motion for approximately 10 seconds. · You should be the only person to touch the swabs in your kit. · Put the swabs back in the envelope, seal it and send back to Gift of Life in the envelope supplied to you. · Your confidential matching information will go into the registry where transplant doctors can search for someone who matches their patient. · If you’re found as a match, Gift of Life will call you and offer the incredible opportunity to save someone’s life!
